With their irresistible "charme à la parisienne", the appealing pavilions and open-air booths will draw you into the Colonnaden, the charming pedestrian zone that stretches along the historical arcades from the Jungfernstieg to the Esplanade.
The entrance into the appealing open-air living room is free of charge, and the visit is always worth your while, even in bad weather. The numerous cafés and restaurants offer the best loge views of the dealings and hustle of the market.
